What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused accessories and bicycles in their original packaging. Please note that bikes assembled via our Buy Local program may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do Brooklyn Bicycle Co. bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, every bike features a lifetime warranty on the frame and fork, along with a one-year warranty on all original components against defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I choose the right size frame?
Each product page includes a detailed sizing chart based on your height and inseam. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more agile ride or reaching out to our team for a personalized recommendation.
